Mediterranean: Tour of Italy

Norwegian Epic

The Epic offers unparalleled entertainment, including waterslides, rock climbing wall, a dueling piano bar and stunning professional ballroom dancing. Those who want to indulge in the nightlife can check out the "ultimate chill" in the cruise industry's first ice bar, where the temperature never rises above 17 degrees Fahrenheit and guests are given coats and gloves to keep warm. Those who are more interested in heating up the dance floor can choose from several clubs, ranging from live entertainment and Latin dancing at Spice H20 to shadow dancers, mood-lit bowling and private gaming tables at Bliss and Ultra. With a wide range of new features and amenities, the Norwegian Epic truly represents the next generation of Freestyle Cruising.

Where are we going?

Naples, Italy
Naples is one of the world's greatest cultural centers, filled with extraordinary works of art and architecture in the classical Greek and Roman styles. Wander its quaint streets and explore its shops and cafés. Or, take a ride up the Amalfi Coast. With its ocean views and beautiful vistas, it's one of the most breathtaking stretches of road in the world. Walk around and spend an afternoon getting to know the picturesque city of Naples.
Cannes, France
This world famous town boasts an impressive collection of museums and art galleries, botanical gardens, Gothic-style churches and a theater district that hosts the renowned international film festival. Those less interested in the arts can check out the casinos, famous shops and outdoor marketplaces that make shopping in Cannes legendary! Sandy Mediterranean beaches draw sunbathers from all over, and the shimmering blue waters fill with sailboats in the summer. It's no wonder Cannes is known as the "star" of the French Riviera.

Rome, Italy
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums.

Palma, Majorca, Spain
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands, with some 310 miles of sparkling coastline. Passengers sailing into port will get an amazing view of the dramatic Gothic cathedral La Seu, set just above the harbor, and the hilltop Bellver Castle. Most excursions visit both of these sites as well as the Spanish Pueblo and the island's famous white-sand beaches. In valleys all along the coast, little fishing villages sit tucked away, with narrow winding lanes leading past cozy stone cottages, outdoor shopping, and old Moorish estates.
Pisa, Italy
How lucky to visit the Tuscan region, Florence & Pisa, resplendent in art and history. What's even more fortunate is that all the main attractions in Florence are centrally located for the perfect walking tour. See Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo and Michelangelo's David

Barcelona, Spain
The capital of Catalonia, and one of its provinces, Barcelona, is a place of palpable history, where you can lose yourself strolling down the medieval streets of the Barri Gotic. It's a city designed to delight the senses: visit other-worldly Modernista churches like Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia, or treat yourself at a street side cafe to Patatas Bravas or a Passion Fruit Mojito.
